Just had Esteban and his lovely wife finish installing 3 new doors. When 2 of the doors were removed, they found some serious rot, I mean serious rot. They tore out all of the bad stuff and basically rebuilt the entries with new material. This was unexpected, and I am so grateful that they were transparent about the issue and fixed it so that those doors are the strongest thing in my house now! They even had to take apart part of my deck to get all the problem taken care of. They put everything back, and even fixed a piece of the deck that was broken. It was so clear that they take great pride in their work and genuinely want you to have the best. I loved working with these two. They are so honest and caring. The doors look fantastic! 3 years ago Esteban is a total professional and craftsman. My wife and I were so impressed with his knowledge, accuracy and speed with ordering and installing our new doors. He also installed locks and deadbolt which saved me from hiring a locksmith. At the end of the job I immediately commissioned him to replace our bathroom pocket door which is not an easy task. They came the same day we called to help transport a headboard upstairs (was too tall to fit & 300+lbs) and instead of taking the headboard apart, which they honestly told us would cost more & potentially damage the piece permanently, they measured it out, helped move it upstairs and took an inch deep chunk out of the ceiling which they came back to fix a few days later. They repaired and retextured the missing chunk. They respond fast, are respectful, and do a good job. Also try to keep any mess minimal. Will definitely recommend to anyone without hesitation.
